CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del 29 de septiembre de 2005, proferido por el despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador en el proceso D-6004, doctor Rodrigo Escobar Gil, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Nelson Garcia Vera, en contra de los decretos 3525 de 2004 "por el cual se otorga una autorizacion", 3550 de 2004 "por el cual se suprime el Instituto nacional de Radio y Television, Inravision y se ordena su disolucion y liquidacion" y 4404 de 2004 "por el cual se suprimen unos cargos de la planta de personal del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Television - Inravision en Liquidacion".
